  二位從事工業設計和建築工程的屏東小孩,於20出頭時已達到人生一定成功階段,在每天忙碌的工作中,重新思考生活的定義:「工作再忙,也要悠閒的享受生活。」因而投入早餐事業。

  對早餐的一無所知,到運用企業管理的模式經營早餐連鎖體系,從中經歷了許多困難,但始終秉持以消費者至上為目標,對餐點品質的不斷要求及創新、對員工服務態度的教育、對經營環境的舒適、整潔、明亮的堅持,都一直是堅持做到最好的方向。整體店內空間,營造出藍白色系的形象,內部設備大量使用不鏽鋼材(白鐵)以達到店面的清潔明亮及設備之耐用。對品牌的種種堅持,成就了晨間廚房獨有的西式早午餐休閒風格。

To uphold our principle of "Honesty and Care," we prioritize the environment, meals, and service.

In 2014, we introduced a new brand called "Hua Ren Hui Harmony Tea," which mainly uses Taiwan's tea technology combined with the concepts of Chinese culture and health to create new and unique tea products. Our goal is to create a new style in the tea industry, and to launch "Oriental Health Tea" to promote the spread of oriental tea culture around the world from Taiwan.
