  二位從事工業設計和建築工程的屏東小孩,於 20 出頭時已達到人生一定成功階段,在每天忙碌的工作中,重新思考生活的意義:「工作再忙,也要悠閒的享受生活。」。懷抱著這樣的心願, 2001 年,第一間「晨間廚房」在屏東誕生了。

從對早餐行業的一無所知,到運用企業管理的模式經營早餐連鎖體系,一路走來並不容易,但我們始終秉持以消費者至上為目標,對餐點品質的要求及創新、對員工服務態度的教育、對環境的舒適、整潔、明亮的堅持,都一直是堅持做到最好的方向。整體店內空間,營造出清新的藍色系,內部設備大量使用不鏽鋼材(白鐵)以達到店面的清潔明亮及設備之耐用。對品牌的種種堅持,成就了晨間廚房獨有的西式早午餐休閒風格。

Two young men from Pingtung, with backgrounds in industrial design and architectural engineering, had already reached a certain level of success in their early twenties.  In their busy work lives, they rethought the meaning of life: “No matter how busy work gets, we should still take time to enjoy life.” With this belief, the first LaMorning Kitchen was founded in Pingtung in 2001.

From knowing nothing about the breakfast industry to managing a growing breakfast chain with a business mindset, the journey was not easy.  Yet, they have always upheld the core value — putting customers first.   Our commitment to food quality, employee training, and a clean, bright, and comfortable dining environment has guided every step we take.  The stores feature a fresh blue color scheme and stainless-steel equipment to ensure cleanliness, brightness, and durability.  Through these principles, LaMorning Kitchen has created its own unique, relaxed breakfast and brunch culture.

並在 2015 年登陸廈門、2025 年進軍美國加州
讓台灣早午餐文化被世界看見。
