二位從事工業設計和建築工程的屏東小孩,於20出頭時已達到人生一定成功階段,在每天忙碌的工作中,重新思考生活的定義- 「工作再忙,也要悠閒的享受生活。」因而投入早餐事業。

對早餐的一無所知,到運用企業管理的模式經營早餐連鎖體系,從中經歷了許多困難,但始終秉持以消費者至上為目標,對餐點品質的不斷要求及創新、對員工服務態度的教育、對經營環境的舒適、整潔、明亮的堅持,都一直是堅持做到最好的方向。整體店內空間,營造出藍白色系的形象,內部設備大量使用不鏽鋼材(白鐵)以達到店面的清潔明亮及設備之耐用。對品牌的種種堅持,成就了晨間廚房獨有的西式早午餐休閒風格。

combined with the concept of Chinese culture and health, in order to create new and unique tea products ,

tea industry to create a new style, Unlike the market launch of a cup of " Oriental health tea "

oriental tea culture spread around the world from Taiwan.
