2001 年,兩位來自屏東、分別從事工業設計與建築工程的年輕創辦人,在事業初期即達到一定成就,卻在日復一日的忙碌工作中,重新思考生活的意義——
「工作再忙,也要悠閒地享受生活。」

懷抱著這樣的信念,第一間「晨間廚房」於屏東誕生。
希望打造的不只是一家早餐店,而是一個能讓人放慢步調、自在享用餐點的生活空間,讓每一天的開始,都多一份從容與美好。

從最初對早餐產業的陌生出發,到導入企業化管理模式、建立可複製的連鎖經營體系,這條路並不容易。然而,正因為跨領域的背景,我們更重視制度、流程與細節,將設計思維與工程標準,落實在每一家門市之中。

清新的藍色系空間設計、不鏽鋼設備的大量運用,讓門市維持明亮、整潔與耐用;
對品質與風格的堅持,逐步形塑出晨間廚房獨有的 西式早午餐休閒風格,也成為許多人心中熟悉而安心的晨間選擇。

In 2001, two young founders from Pingtung, with backgrounds in industrial design and architectural engineering, had already reached an early stage of professional success.
Yet amid their busy daily work, they began to reflect on the true meaning of life and shared a simple belief:

“No matter how busy work becomes, life should still be enjoyed at a relaxed pace.”

Guided by this belief, the first La Morning was born in Pingtung.
The vision was not merely to open a breakfast restaurant, but to create a space where people could slow down, enjoy their meals with ease, and begin each day with a sense of calm and comfort.

Starting with little experience in the breakfast industry, the journey toward building a structured, scalable franchise system was far from easy. However, their cross-disciplinary backgrounds led them to place great emphasis on systems, processes, and details—integrating design thinking and engineering standards into every store.

With fresh blue-toned interiors and extensive use of stainless-steel equipment, La Morning stores are designed to be bright, clean, and durable.
This unwavering commitment to quality and style gradually shaped La Morning’s distinctive Western-style casual brunch concept, earning its place as a familiar and trusted morning choice for many customers.

從熱情的南國出發,晨間廚房的香氣一路延伸至全台
截至 2025 年,已擁有超過 600 間門市
並在 2015 年登陸廈門、2025 年進軍美國加州
讓台灣早午餐文化被世界看見。
